The Mobley family’s new home is completed on McCall Street.
Ms. Mobley lives with her two daughters and two sons in a house. The house is poorly insulated and requires her to keep the air conditioning unit on to keep the house well – ventilated. As a result, she receives high utility bills. The ceiling attic fan in her hallway does not work and mold is growing on the blades of the fan. Her kitchen roof has heavy water damage and leaks water when it rains.
The Mobley family also faces living in an unsafe and unclean environment. Drug and criminal activity has been reported and garbage is thrown daily in the back of her yard.
Ms. Mobley and her family have desired their own home in order to feel more secure and look forward to their new house.
