It takes money, materials and people power to build homes.
Donating to fund home construction makes sense. Because of its use
of volunteers, Habitat for Humanity has low overhead costs so most
funds go toward building. And donations to Habitat for Humanity help
more than just one family - as homeowners repay their no-interest
loans, those funds are made available to the next homeowners.
Cash Donations
Please Note: If you are a regular donor to Habitat for
Humanity International, in order for your contribution to be
used locally you must designate "Hattiesburg Area Habitat for
Humanity" on your check. If you donate to Hattiesburg Area
Habitat for Humanity and would like 10% of your cash donation to
be sent to Habitat for Humanity International, please designate
when making your contribution. Donations to HFH
International are NOT sent back to the local affiliate unless so
marked.

By participating as a full-house sponsor (Platinum Sponsor), an organization agrees to provide a financial
commitment of $70,000 to Hattiesburg Habitat for Humanity.
